To celebrate the launch of McLaren Vale’s newest epicurean festival Grenache & Gourmet, Kay Brothers is bringing back a favourite friend – Charcutier Massimiliano Corradini from Parma Handcrafted Cured Meats for a Masterclass on matching our delicious Grenache to his handcrafted artisan salumi.
After a sold out Tasting Australia event together in 2019, we wanted to recreate this exceptional event.
Massi’s passion for his craft is infectious as he talks you through the time-honoured methods of producing his many styles of cured meats, each with their own unique flavours and textures.
As you taste through these delicious morsels, you also experience the expertly matched Grenache wines from Kay Brothers. One of the signature varieties of our venerable McLaren Vale winery, it is a match well worth experiencing for yourself.
This will also be a great way to join our neighbours in the Vale in showcasing this outstanding variety.
