We send wine by Australia Post. In most cases, we will despatch your wine  on the business day after you place your order. However, if very hot weather is expected, we will delay sending orders to avoid exposing your wine to high temperatures.

When we despatch your wine we will email you with a tracking number. You’ll generally receive your order within 5 days of despatch.

We charge $12 to ship up to a dozen bottles within South Australia, and $20 to ship a dozen bottle to states outside Australia.

Keyholders receive free shipping within Australia for orders over $300. You can join the Keyholders to receive special pricing and early access to new releases and back vintages. There’s no minimum purchase and no fees.
