FAQ

Can I have my wine shipped home?

Yes, we can ship wine within Australia and internationally (to selected countries).

Within Australia we send wine by Australia Post.

In most cases, we will despatch your wine  on the business day after you place your order. However, if very hot weather is expected, we will delay sending orders to avoid exposing your wine to high temperatures.

When we despatch your wine we will email you with a tracking number. You’ll generally receive your order within 5 days of despatch.

We charge $12 to ship up to a dozen bottles within South Australia, and $20 to ship a dozen bottle to states outside Australia.

Keyholders receive free shipping within Australia for orders over $300. You can join the Keyholders and you’ll also receive early access to new releases and back vintages and invitations to events. There’s no minimum purchase and no fees.

For international orders, you can find our wines on the Australia Tasting Room or contact our distributor in your country.

Please feel free to contact us about orders on info@kaybrothers.com.au or (08) 8323 8201.
